14-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original presentation box along with the Certificate of Authenticity.
- Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Every locket is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.
